restoring an app question

Hi guys Can anyone tell me how to restore an app? Basically i updated to the latest version of the app and the older version is way better. I have the old one backed up on i tunes so i deleted the app off my phone before my last sync. Ive tried everything i can see dragging and dropping from computer to phone via itunes…

Hi guys

Ive tried everything i can see dragging and dropping from computer to phone via itunes and when i do this it says am i sure i want to delete 10 apps off my phone? Any ideas? It's the o2 usage app btw

are ya sure the one in itunes isnt the latest version
with the iphone connected, click it in itunes, click the app tab and make sure theres a tick beside the o2 app and then sync
