    Hi There,
Myself & my mate from Philippines (a mechanic) are planning to go and look at a car for sale @Manchester. We are looking to go in my car on the ferry route from dublin- Holyhead. We 're planning to come back the same day itself, or may be the next. Do they ask for passports & visas there @ the ferry? He is normal resident here from last 3 years, since his wife works with the hse.
Like I said ours is only a short visit. Please reply. thank u.

I had travel couple of time over and back, and never been ask for passport but you may be stop for custom.

there is no passport control at the port, just custom depot.

    enjoy your trip
