Calf Cramp

    Hey guys

    Got a calf cramp tonight and grinned and beared it for the last 10-15 mins home, done a few stretchs and some massage and now its killing me !! 3 hours later im walking with a limp and pain in the upper middle of my calf is persistant .. this cant be normal after a cramp ?

    normal for a bit of cramp, or

    normal for a minor calf tear, or

    normal for a major calf tear, or

    normal for a achilles tendon rupture, or

    normal for something else entirely.

    Point is, unfortunately no-one here can can give you advice based on the diagnosis, which is why the thread is being locked. It might be a good idea to see a sports doc or physio, and that's to stop any misdiagnosis here that would be bad advice for you, no offence meant by locking the thread./<mod>
