Calendar Application

I have noticed in the past few days that my calendar application is not working properly. It worked fine initially and as it was meant to.

I have a couple of calendars set up through my google account to keep track of my roster in work and also to keep track of lunar cycles out of interest. In the past few days though my calendar application is failing or refusing to download either of these calendars and when I go into the settings to try to get the calendars to refresh and to add the calendars to the phone app it just usually ends up crashing the calendar app which also usually runs the battery down very quickly because it didn't exit properly.

I just turned off the wifi on my phone and it seemed to be working for a few seconds just over the mobile network but it's just gone again now. In fact it seems to be working again now over the mobile network but it's annoying that it doesn't just work....

Has anyone else had problems with this or heard of similar and if so do you know of a workaround and also is it possible to remove and reinstall the calendar app to see if that would work?

Just going now to turn back on wifi to see what effect it has...

...In fact it wasn't working so perfectly over the mobile network and was extremely laggy and wouldnt change days for me properly and stuff. very annoying to be honest. Still doesnt seem to want to work over wifi either.

Anyone?

I just downloaded the touch calendar app (which is actually a pretty decent calendar program) and that appears to have sorted the problem. Nice!

Every date is pre-populated with some pregnancy physio add.....pretty annoying.

Is there any other decent calendar/organiser app out there?

Didn't happen to me but I do agree that it would be pretty annoying...

I have at least one entry in for every date already so maybe thats why it didn't happen with mine...
