Isurance Claim Question???

    Someone crashed into my car and are claiming off their own insurance. There is an assessor coming to see my car tomorrow. What rights do i have in regards to who fixes my car , as in can i chose who fixes it or do they choose who fixes it. Any help would be appreciated.
