commercial rates--how to get it revised

    Can anyone advise on how to get commercial rates revised (downwards!)

    Some solicitors do this work and then there are specialist firms, which is best?

    I've also been told that its not possible to get rates reduced because the country is being reviewed (but that project is way behind) and unless the premises has been substantially changed, there is no case. Does this sound correct?
