Amazon Black Friday issues

    Hi,

Just thought I'd vent over a few issues i am having with the black Friday deals..
I have got to claim pretty much everything I wanted so far, but have had issues when checking out.

Basically I have clicked on the deal, calimed it, added it to the basket and checked out. All the way through the checkout process the discount was visible and when clicking the "Place order in EUR" button the discount still showed on the Order summary.

However when I recieve the confirmation mail the discount is no where to be seen. I have got on to amazon about the three orders where it happened and managed to get one sorted.

I'm not too sure anout the legalities of it all but I thought when I see the final price on the order summary page I shouldn't be charged more.

Anyone else have this issue any any advice on what I should do?

    Cheers

Whatever shows on the final summary page is what you should be charged. If they charged you more than this, then if Amazon don't correct it, contest the charge with your bank.

Cheers. I'll give amazon one more call today and if they don't sort it I'll get on to the bank. I suppose a charge back is the best route?
