Bank of Ireland Online

    Looking for a little bit of help.

    Can someone who has access to Bank of Ireland business online banking login to their account and tell me if its working ok?

    I tried an account I have for the first time in 10 days (due to holidays) and can't access it. In fact it seems like the accounts are gone!

    Very strange and I would appreciate if someone could help me out

    Just logged in to our account,working fine, try ringing their helpdesk on 1890 818265 only 9-5pm i think

    just tried my personal accounts on bank of ireland online - strange - details of credit card account not working - also takes ages for any page to upload even though my internet is quick otherwise

    I just checked my own acc, working fine. Although I have experienced difficulties in the past. Not logging in, saying inactive for 5 mins so asking to log in again, (even though it was the first visit of that day) over and over ect...

    I got around it by typing in the url each time I visit the site rather than accessing via a link from my browsing history or a favorites tab.

    Thanks for the replies.

    It's working ok now. The system itself is pretty poor compared to some others I've used.

    I guess there is little chance of investing in an update with the position of the bank!

    Have been using it for a few years now. Rubbish software. The update cannot come quick enough.

    Was considering a move to AIB because of it.

    I agree. That's why the bank has decided to change things for the better. Stick with it, because what's coming will be 10 times better.

    They have been promising a new update for years and years. Keep complaining though to get the BOL fee's reduced
