Mag problem

    hi, i recently bought a JG M4 mag from a chinese store. Unfortunatly the mag wont stay in the magwell of my Cybergun M4. Any had problems of a loose mag before? Thanks.

    Is the magazine metal or plastic?

    And the easiest way to take up a bit of room in the magwell is to wrap insulating tape around the magazine.

    the mag is metal, it seems that the tube to recieves the bbs in the magwell is not fitting into the mag

    When you say Cybergun M4, do you mean the metal DBoys one, or the less expensive plastic one ?

    Cos the plastic one doesn't take standard M4 mags - it's made in the Phillipines (I think) and not a clone of a big brand.

    Theres a square cut out in the mag for the mag catch to latch onto. If you bend the metal out on the top of the square it will allow the mag catch to grip better.
    This has sorted all my mag issues in the past with metal mags.

    Unless of course the problem has to do with what Shiva has posted about.
