    I want to sell my COD Black Ops. Will the Serial still work on someone elses pc?

    if you have put the cd into your steam account, no they cannot enter the cd key into another steam account.

    if you were to sell, you would have to give them the steam account it is attached to if they want to play it.

    Oh ok perfect.

    So I presume I will just state, on my Ebay listing, that I will give them my Steam account upon winning the item.
