Failed Banks - Who still holds their positions ?

The catastrophic failure of our Banking system is agreed now to be the reason why we find ourselves on the verge of defaulting on billions of euros due to the bank guarantee scheme .

In any other company or organistation such failure would result in those top level managers loosing their jobs with the possibility of a criminal review also .

So from the 3 main Irish Banks with the biggest liabilities :
    • ANGLO
    • BOI
    • AIB
Who to-date has lost their job ?
    Who still holds their position?

    also

From the 3 listed Banks above ....who was their auditiors during the days of crazy lending (e.g) Anglo / Ernst & Young (i stand corrected on this).

    • Which auditors still audit same said Banks ?
    • Which auditors still look over Govt Plans ?

It seems to me that only 2 or 3 names of responsibility have hit the Press .

Surely there are more people and Organisations that have been held accountable or am I just not reading enough papers ?
