iPhone/iTunes help!

    Ok i have an iPhone 3GS any everytime i try to update my apps and login to my iTunes account i get an error saying "This apple id is not available." What the hell does this mean and how do i fix it!

    The other thing is im not in new zealand and my laptop which has itunes and is setup to my iphone is at home. I have downloaded iTunes on a friends computer, how do i setup my phone on itunes the same way as it is at home?? Everytime i click something it says it will replace all my iPhone stuff with whats on this computer. Thats not what i want! I also want to delete some photoes off it that i put on from my laptop at home, how do i do this!!

    And finally im using a vodafone nz sim, the odd time it asks me do i want to download a carrier update, should i?? will it change anything?

    Not sure bout the first bit. Download sharepod to transfer all the songs to the new pc and then sync them all again. Before syncing right click the iPhone in iTunes and click transfer purchases. That will put all the apps on the new iTunes
    Don't thin there is anything ya can do bout the photos. Syncing might remove them
    The carrier file sets the Internet and tethering apn but can disable things like mms aswell. Check with someone on the same network if they have all the same features as ur one

    Is sharepod an app or a computer program?? If I don't put all on the new pc prior to updating will i lose it all?? Is it possible to change iTunes account or am i stuck with that one? It's so bloody annoying!!

    Yeah it's a computer program and ya will lose every song and possibly pics synced on the iPhone. If it's jailbroken download ifile and find the folder with the synced pics. You can add whichever ones ya want to the camera roll and then sync pics with iTunes to remove the rest. Ya could also just delete the folder with ifile

    wont let me transfare purchases either, have to authorise computer to do that. GRRR!

    ohh update, i went through the forgot password process and it solved that problem.

    As regards the carrier update, if i new one came out for example 02 irl would you download it?

    Not jailbroken, so cant delete pics that way. thats not overly majoy but a bit annoying.

    when i update will i lose anything more than music and pics?? have pics backed up elsewhere so thats no sweat. means i might lose the ones i dont want. i wont lose the ones i have taken on the phone no?? what else can i lose im thinking
