Getting a Bank Draft

I'm moving money from a Bank of Ireland account to a Permanent TSB account tomorrow, but I'll need a bank draft to do it. Can I get a bank draft from a Bank of Ireland branch in Dublin even though the money is in a Galway account? Thanks
