Was this really a leaked Budget document?

    I remember a few weeks back reading a document that was claimed to be a leaked budget document for 2011.

    Of course most people claimed it to be crazy and lies and as expected the thread was closed not long after it was posted.

    I saved the link just in case and today I looked at it again.

    I have to say it wasnt far out!

    Have a look again and see what you think. maybe it was real after all!

    For an official document, it is very amateurishly formatted.

    Its a very amateur attempt at a spoof document. The department of finance would probably use the correct logo for themselves on any document they produce. In addition the formatting is all over the place, even for a briefing document.

    Its not real.

    It's not to emulate anything.

    It's simply to block out toolbar/titlebar to prevent identification. (like blocking the eyes out of a photo)

    Wheter there is anything of consequence beneath it - no idea.
    Not saying it validates this being a leak either.
