Rads are cheap, buy new ones, they are more effective.

Radiators start to rot once they are drained.

I hear Biasi in Tallaght are the choice of many fitters because they are very cheap by comparison with Quinn rads. They sell to the public, and have a website where you price up your sizes.

I never used them - my fitter claimed the Quinn ones were better quality - I took his advice and let him source them and I'm very happy with the Quinn ones by the way.

Jaysis, there's value out there alright. Hopefully they give good output.

People must be losing the run of themselves if they're throwing out perfectly good rads. I imagine there's a story or having used them they didn't think they were perfectly good!

They will be sorry... However well done yourself.

Make sure he uses good chrome valves like matchmaster.

might as well use the better valve.

They came complete with valves, do you think I should use new valves

    I would..

If your using valves instead of TRVS most of the cheap valves do not have inserts so its plastic against metal. This is fine till the rad heats up then someone(The kids, granny) turns the rad off. The threads wear and guess what. The rad wont go back on with the head.

A good set of chrome valves like matchmaster have metal inserts so its metal against metal.
