don't bother with port forwarding then
For netopias only solution is NAT1 really.

are they the only ports you have open

yeah for PSN and Call oF Duty
    There are others for FIFA
    - but netopias are bugged wrt port forwarding.

Honestly if your using a netopia NAT1 is the best option for getting Blackops games, or even most others.

I usually recommend folks junk them and replace with a decent router if they can - even a €30 belkin with ADSL modem is usually better.

if i bought a decent router is it hard to connect to it. could you just explain in simple terms what i would have to do because ill stick with the netopia if its a load of hassle

With my Netgear I simply enabled UPnP on both the router and PS3, set up a static IP on the PS (probably not necessary) and that was it. No port forwarding required. I'd be surprised if that couldn't be done with the router you have though!

L'Prof - It can't be done with the Netopia...
Just do a quick scan of the threads in the Playstation forum here!

Anyways - it's very easy to change it.
Just get one with an ADSL modem built in - like
    http://www.dabs.ie/products/d-link-bt-adsl2--wireless-g-router-with-4-port-10-100-switch-5HPB.html

Connect it up - setup your wifi, and then you can port forward to your hearts content.

You can get better, you an get cheaper. It's up to you.
    My recommendation would be http://www.dabs.ie/products/d-link-wireless-n-bt-adsl2--router-with-4-port-10-100-switch-72D2.html

Am sure others can join in with theirs.
