Hi Folks, not looking for any legal advice just wondered if anybody knew is an employee is entitled to know or see a companies policies or is it at the company discretion?

Just asked a few questions in work about the company policy and the are skirting round the issue and not responding to my questions.

Just wondering if I can ask to see the policy and source the answers myself

    Thanks

Is there a policy of wearing skirts in your company?

I would think if the policies pertains to the employee then the employee should be allowed to see and have been notified of the policy i.e. You are not allowed to use the internet to book holidays. If you were not aware of this policy and then were disciplined for booking a holiday that wouldn't seem fair or just.
