    Hi all,

    Bar Poker Ireland is proud to announce the Bar Poker Championship in association with Paddy Power

    Bar Poker Ireland Championship is a new and innovative tournament structure which will see the largest Bar Poker Final in the world. We will have tournaments nationwide, so there will be one close by to you no matter where you are!

    Bar Poker Championship Grand Final will have an estimated total prize-pool of €500,000

    Included are World Series Of Poker Vegas Trips, Bar Poker Ireland Sponsorships to selected tournaments

    The season runs from November through to March with the Grand Final in March 2011

    How it works:

    Tournaments are being run nationwide. The entry fee to each tournament is €40 + €10.
    Self Deal tournaments
    • Go to BarPokerIreland.com choose your venue
    • Players must register in your local Paddy Power shop when you will receive a €10 FREE bet on registration in shop
    • Show up on the night and play.
    • For every €500 in the prize-pool a seat will be awarded to the Grand Final, any remaining funds in the prize-pool will be distributed by cheque

    The Televised Grand Final:

    The Grand Final will be held in March 2011
    • Televised Grand Final
    • 3/4 Day Tournament
    • Starting stack: 15,000
    • Clock: 30 minutes progressive
    • Fully Dealer Dealt
    • Bars may request their qualified players to wear their Bar brands, Players must adhere to this request

    There will be NO Direct Buyin to the Grand Final. Should a player be lucky enough to win more than one seat they may pass on their additional seat(s) to a player who has played in the qualifying tournaments.

    No Limit Texas Hold’em Tournament Freezeout
    5,000 chips 15 Minute blinds
    Once a player looses all of their chips the player is out of the tournament
