Hey guys, thought id try and start up a new drinks in galway for early December. Was thinking 11th. Any takers? Any preference of location? New comers welcome.

Don't think I would like that - too familiar and probably end up being very cliquey on here afterwards.

aren't "computer friends" supposed to be just that - not personal friends?

About time someone started this, coming to the end of November.

Any ideas for venues guys? I really liked the beers in the Salthouse, great atmosphere. Not a fan of O'Connell's myself.

Side-bar in Monroes maybe? Just an idea that popped into my head.

I presume we don't want to have it too close to Xmas either?

I'd be up for this - how about a little suggestion? We could make it somewhat like Jizzlord's beers where everyone had to wear Hawaiian shirts, but this time people have to wear something overly Christmas-y? It could be a tie, jumper, hat, mistletoe - anything.

I think some-one has asked about Drinks in December already on this Forum. Not bein' rude, but maybe check and work together so as not to leave any-one out and/or to also take into account that folk may not have a lot of money to play around with and/or attend multiple nights .....
