This is a bit of a general question. I am the treasurer of a national sporting organisation. One of our member clubs wants to find out how much expenses was claimed by a particular board member during the last year. Does a club have the right to get such information? We are funded by the Irish Sports Council and our other main source of income is club affiliation fee. Therefore, I suppose a club has a right to know how their money is being spent and who is getting what.
