I have my driving test tomorrow, only problem is the engine warning light is showing on the dashboard of my car. I know what the problem is just didn't bother getting it fixed as it doesn't affect the running of the car. What are the chances the tester wont notice this/will let me do it anyway?!

Absolutely zero. You should either try and get it fixed, or do it in another car. The first thing the tester will look for is a warning light, they love to see one on, it gives them an hour off work.
