    5 min walk from NUIG campus.
    Lease runs fron December 16th until June 3rd.
    2 second year students and 2 postgrads currently in the house.

    Basic NTL tv package in house.
    Share the use of main bathroom with 1 other.

    ESB extra
    The house has oil fired central heating

    €72.50 per week
