Slight squeaking sound at high revs...

Probably not worthy of a thread on the tech help forum.

Just noticing a slight squeaking sound when my car is at high revs. Started after I took off the wheel and cleaned it with alloy cleaner and wd 40(to remove tar). I also changed the fuel filter at the same time. Car is a '04 mk1.5 Ford Focus.

EDIT: Just checked the car in neutral and it still happens when I rev the engine high so must be something loose from the fuel filter. Maybe air escaping? I'll have to recheck the fuel lines connections.

    Any ideas?
