What to buy Dad - 76???

I've a great Dad - he's in his 70's and proving increasingly difficult to buy for ……… there are only so many shirts, ties and books that a guy can take‼!:eek:
So I’m looking to the good people of boards.ie to come up with a few suggestions that may make life much easier this year.
He’s in his 70’s and has a good interest in politics, GAA and horse-racing.

Assuming of course that he goes to the racecourse...it might be a nice day out for either family or friends to go with him if he enjoys it? You could get, say, 4 tickets for a certain raceday in a reserved enclosure for €140.

sugar, sorry about that, it's a shame!! i got my mam and dad family crests on one plaque or its just your dad a plaque with family crest or you can get a frame explaining the origin of their surname.

I got the family crest in Dublin CC there are a few shops that have them, house of names I think it's called.
