Dr H, the bearded wonder who has always said small countries like ours should have our banks owned by outsiders says our banks are for sale.

    Who would buy them ?
This seems logical and maybe we should become an offshore haven.
Would this help get us out of the mess?

The plan is to inject a further 30 Billion into them and "sell" them for €1. The buyer then takes on any further liabilities

Is that a fruit of the forest Yop or a strawberry one?
