And is there any websites that give you info on colleges around Europe that Irish people can apply to study in?

I get my grant in Scotland, I'm not sure about the rest of Europe though.

The years you have done and received the grant for in Ireland will exempt you from getting the grant for the equivalent years in the course in europe.

EX:
you did 1st year and dropped out. you go to your course in europe, you will not get a grant for the first year but from 2nd year onwards you will receive the grant.
