Studying abroad and getting the grant.

Hi, I am 25 and have been in college before in Ireland and have gotten the grant. I am now thinking of going back and am looking in to studying somewhere in Europe through English. I have heard that you are able to take your grant abroad with you if approved in some instances. Does anybody know anything about this? And is there any websites that give you info on colleges around Europe that Irish people can apply to study in?

    Thanks

I get my grant in Scotland, I'm not sure about the rest of Europe though.

The years you have done and received the grant for in Ireland will exempt you from getting the grant for the equivalent years in the course in europe.

    EX:
you did 1st year and dropped out. you go to your course in europe, you will not get a grant for the first year but from 2nd year onwards you will receive the grant.
