    Hi,

I was on to o2 customer care looking a micro sim for my new iPhone. They said the they can't send them out and I need to go to an o2 shop. They added that there might be a 20€ charge. Can't belevie this while a the normal sim replace is free.
Can anyone confirm if there is a charge.

Switch to a normal O2 sim, then go back to any O2 shop and switch to a microsim. They don't charge for switching from an O2 normal sim to a micro one.

I recently switched my normal O2 sim to a microsim in an O2 shop and it cost me nothing. Pretty much a straight swap and only took 2mins.

Was it a prepay or billpay SIM you wanted?

As far as I am awary it's €20 for a pay as you go sim with €20 credit on the card. That's what I got for my iPad anyway.

Thats what I was thinking as well, if they were charging for credit on the SIM, or if it wasn't clear that he wasn't looking for an iPad data-only SIM.
