Getting into a Party

Since iv had this game i havent once been able to get into a party to play with my friends. Every time i accept their invite it says " joining " but then always goes to " Error: This game session is no longer available "

I never had any such problem with Mw2 or WaW and its driving me absolutely insane as it means i constantly have to play on my own. None of my other friends have this problem - 2 of which live within 200 metres of my house yet they can still play together .

My Nat type is set to Open but im not really sure what this means , does anyone know why im not getting into partys or more importantly how i can get into them , cheers
