    Quay casino Wexford are running a €20,000 GUARANTEED Winter Festival.
    Main Event buy in €500+ €50 reg. Structure for this event is as follows: 20,000 starting stack consisting of one hour blinds starting from 25 & 50 rolling ante will be introduced at blind level 7 on day 2.
    This event will be starting on the 3rd of December at 7pm day 2 starting at 2pm and day 3 will start at 2pm.
    We are also running side events on the 4th of December €150 reg inclusive and the 5th of December €70 reg also inclusive. During the weekend of the festival there will be major Darts and Pool tournaments with music in the local pubs. We are also currently running super satellites for €10 on Tuesday and Saturday nights starting 9pm, and satellites for €55 on Tuesdays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays and Sundays starting at 9pm.

    Hi Quay Casino.

    Myself and 2 friends may head down to play this.

    Can you answer a few questions for me please.

    1.How many players do you expect

    2.Are there dealers on all tables? Are they professional dealers

    3.Why are there only 3 levels on Day 1.

    4.Will you have a list of rules on the day regarding, chip races, moving players and breaking tables.

    5.Do you have any deals with local Hotels

    Hi its me, answers to your questions are as follow:

    1. We currently have 34 payed players and are running daily sats in Waterford and Wexford, We are expecting roughly 60 players.

    2. We have fully trained and qualified croupiers for all aspect of the casino (blackjack roulette poker).

    3. This is being run in conjunction with a festival run buy the casino which will also include pool darts and chess tournament along with a number of other activities (all optional). We are lookin for people to expierence a great weekend.

    4. We have a full set of house rules on display and a tournament director incase of disputes.

    Yes there is cash games on 7 nights a week in the casino.

    What's the story with the pool, darts and chess out of interest? Is it just for fun and amusement or is there money events for these?

    the pool and darts are serious events it is doubles in both it is 60 euro a team or both events for a hundred \\\\the pool starts at 2 on saturday and darts at 3 // very competitive standard in both

    Hey Danny the cash games should kick of at about 10 pm Friday and Saturday and earlier on Sunday but there will be dealers available if there is interest in a cash game at an earlier time.

    You surely understand people have made arrangements, Hotels, time off work ect

    Hi its me unfortunately the event has been postponed due to adverse weather which is out of our control the event will now be on the 10th of December.We would not expect people to but themselves at risk by travelling in these dangerous conditions as safety of our players is our prime objective in these unforseen circumstances. We have contacted all entrants by phone call to let them know and posted this info on Boards.We apologise for any difficulties this may cause and look foward to a sucessfull tournament.
