So how much do packs cost up north? Can't see myself paying 10 for a pack so its either up north or try find someone bringing them back from eastern europe. How much would Dunhill Blue or Marlboro Lights cost?

Pretty sure the UK/Northern Ireland are pretty much on par with prices here. Maybe slightly cheaper but not much (you'd end up paying more on petrol I'd say). Try going with Europe. Doesn't have to be Eastern Europe, even places like Belgium or Holland are half the price we pay here,
