Pinot Gris (Grigio) is not a grape used in Champagne (with a very rare exception).

Perhaps you're referring to Chardonnay only Champagne which would be called a blanc de blanc and should be available in any descent wine shop.

There are a couple of makers who may own some very old plantations of pinot gris such as L. Aubry Fils, but they will use the grape in the minority in their blending.

Perhaps I should have worded the post better....

Try Thomas Woodberrys in Middle Street, 536706. They're usually very good.

Try Peter at Cases. He has all sorts of wee gems.
