    Hi all,

With all the issues many people have been having with Panasonic TVs and Saorview I'm a little confused if my TV will work.

I have a Panasonic TX-L37S10L which I purchased in Arnotts in January. So if buy an aerial and connect it to the TV, will it pick up the channels or do I need to also invest in a set top box?

    Cheers!

PS: Sorry if this has been answered already but I've searched the forums and wasn't able to find an answer.

L range fine to display picture and sound. Connect an aerial!
    • However, no MHEG5 which will be used for interactive, epg and teletext.
Even though it is an Irish model!

If you can live with the bulletpoint then your fine.

The affected ranges are the Panasonic Combo Freesat TVs that were budled with dvb-t tuners but crippled firmware.

Thanks for the reply! Off to buy an aerial now!

I suppose the main thing is that the picture and sound is fine although it is disappointing that the MHEG isn't supported.... Who knows maybe it will be fixed in a firmware update? Although I won't hold my breath!
