There are driving me mad have to try and get rid of them or will have to lose 3 years college work if I wipe my laptop. I believe you are the main man when help is required... desperate. Can u help if you can, can u do it in laymans terms not very technical. Many thanks Telstarman you are my only hope. Big fear of identity fraud

You've already opened another two threads on this problem.

You should not have 3 years of stuff on a laptop without backup , that's just a disaster waiting to happen.

Your priority is to backup your files before you do something stupid by accident or frustration or Sod's law appears.

If you can't boot up safely in windows then boot your computer from a linux bootable CD ( www.ubuntu.com ) ;)
copy your files to what ever backup device you can get
    - USB drive / SD card / CD / DVD writer

ask on the other thread about bootable Anti virus CD images

Many thanks Captain Midnight really appreciate your response. The 3 years of files were not originally on the same laptop some came from a mainframe computer I just added them to use during my final year in college.
When I do what you say how do I get rid of the trojan horses. Many thanks Telstarman
