recently got my letter saying i have been awarded a grant
at the bottom of the letter it says this
"This award letter should be presented to the Fees office of your college
(Excluding EU colleges) as proof of grant award."
so i'm in trinity so do i need to? i thought obviously not but my mam keeps telling me to do it. Please only reply if you have some actual information and not say that you would assume you would not have to/ have to, because i can assum myself thank you

    Why wouldn't you?

This is so you don't have to pay the registration fee. If you have paid it, you can get it back. If you haven't paid it, you don't need to if you show this lette.r

you need to present it so that the fees office can invoice your VEC/local council for the fees.
it also makes them aware of you if you'll be receiving a grant cheque.
All you do it go in and they photocopy it and take note of your student number.

they will also take your bank details and you sign that form, which allows the funds to be transfered to your account.

Yes you need to bring it to your fees office - You won't get paid the grant if you don't

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
