Personal preference

The 'standard' would be, T-bag, hot water, stir / strain accordingly and add milk / sugar accordingly

What way do you make it?

The water should be boiling for regular tea, I add hot water to a cup and microwave it to ensure the cup is also hot and the water is properly boiling, then add the teabag. Watch out as boiled water can "explode" in microwaves.
