    Hi,

I'm sick of ordering Vindaloo's from takeaways because they're obviously full of crap packeted ingredients etc..

Just wondering is it difficult to make and where can I get the ingredients in dublin.

    Any advice appreciated..

    Thanks

resturant/take away style vindaloo takes about 3 hours to prep and its best made in volume. I usually prep for about 30 portions and freeze it. it takes a few different processes and is a bit complicated.
on the other hand u can make a great home style vindaloo which is different but very tasty and would take about an hour.

Any chance you could share the restuarant type recipe??

Could you not cut that time down with a pressure cooker?
