sorry if this has been asked a million times

i just got my nose pierced earlier today, and was told specifically to mix seasalt with hot water to clean it, but forgot to pick up seasalt on way home.

is it okay to use regular table salt with hot water, or would i be better off just using hot water alone until tomorrow? or doing nothing to it until i get sea salt tomorrow?

    Thanks a lot for advice!

Table salt has iodine in it which is not the best for piercings. Just clean it with water until the morning when you can get some sea salt.

Don't use hot water either, boil the water and let it cool down till it's warm but not hot on your skin
