Can't connect to wi-fi in work

    Right, this problem is of my own making. I returned to work tonight after a few weeks off. Unfortunately my brain was a bit fuzzy so when I went to connect my new iPad to the work network, I think mistyped my work username.

    Now, no matter what I try, it'll only allow me to enter a password when trying to join the network but of course that's not the problem! There is no active directory account with the username I tried but I can't change the username it's using.

    I've restarted the device. I've also used the reset network settings options from the general settings menu. Neither solution has worked. Bit of a longshot maybe but can anybody help?

    Go in to wifi in settings and click on the blue arrow to the right of the network name and then top of screen you should have an option called forget this network. Then try start again.

    Yeah I thought that might work but, as I'm not connected to the network, it won't allow me forget it!
