Hey man hows things? My names Kevin and im in a band thats getting up and running at the min based in Kilkenny but we practice near Castledermot. So far we have a singer/rhythm guitarist, lead guitarist and a drummer whose just recently joined the band. We’re looking for a talented bass player. We are influenced by metal and basically everything and anything but were trying to go for a unique sound, one that hasnt been seen around as far as I can tell.

Hi! Blur would be my favourite band, listened to a lot of brit-pop in my teens. I think Libertines and indie rock bands like that can be heard in the myspace songs. Punk and 60's rock 'n roll. Like something with a little bit of melody. Listening to Black Lips at the moment, interested in that sort of lo-fi indie sound.

Really like the music (nice bio as well) and it's along the lines of some of my influences, just think it's a little laid back for me. Basically I don't think I'd be a great fit for the band. Thanks a lot for replying and good luck with finding a bassist.
