Hey i'm in my second year of a 4 year course , however i want to do a diploma instead in sometime else which takes a year to complete if I drop out or transfer and do the diploma will I be going backwards in the educational system Is a diploma a level 7 and if I go onto college after my diploma will I have to pay fees??…
