I agree with Labour principles in general, but this labour party is going to drag us down even further if people vote them in with the current "policies" that they have. .

I noticed that he mentioned that we could renegotiate the 6bil in cuts ! W.T Flying .F . . Ok, theres the public service vote right there ! I imagine he will come out soon against any Pensioners cuts aswell . . Wow, a completely new kind of government . . Oh no, that sounds like a very familiar strategy of somebody . Trying to grease the interest of the pensioners and public service . Hmmmm, who might that be and how did that work out for us? .

I want change, I want hope, I dont want a new deluded government thats got its head even further up its ass then our existing one. . Kenny maybe a bit of a lame duck, but FG have not been suger coating anything or scating around the most important problems facing this country . . And wouldnt you know it, people are chasing the dream again . . Well we deserve to go down in flames if people are that deluded and ignorant to how we got into this mess in the first place was looking for the easy options all the time.

Most of the labour policies have nothing to do with the most critical problems facing this country . .

Dont take my word for it -

Gilemore said that things were differant when the 6bil in cuts needed were announced. Yes, we werent getting a 90bil bailout for our banks. I would say things have certainly changed, but I cannot fathom how he thinks in any childrens economical fantasy world, how that means we can afford to reduce the cuts to service even more debt . ! ! I am horrified . .

Is anybody else not disgusted that we might be replacing one government that got elected on a sound good and say what is popular contest, with another one ?

As I said in some other threads I have voted Labour in the past. But given where we are right now some of the stuff they are proposing is crazy. And in all honesty they are either completely deluded in some of these policy's or are lying. We've had enough of both.

Edit: To be clear about this I'm using the word policy's loosely. It's more the fact they won't commit to tackling PS pay and pension and other spending. They seem to think we can keep spending.

We can only hope the Irish people aren't bought again like we were with FF. Throw money at the Irish electorate and they'll believe anything.

Labour have policies! And here was I thinking that they were just campaigning on an anti-FF platform.
