Small Country Going Cheap

    Have just heard of a small country on the edge of Europe going for cheap. Bit of a basket case with incompetent and overpaid politicians but is really closer to America than any other EU country.

    Works on the principle of a nod and a wink.

    POA but thought to be in the region of €0 €3 €27 €45 €50 €80 - 90 billion
