Tracking my apple store order with UPS

    Hi every1,

    any one who has expierence with this and who knows the drill i would really appreciate their thoughts.

    i ordered a refurb imac 27.5 yesterday and apple intially said it would be shipped today and arrive in 2 days. the page was updated today so confirm it was shipped but the delivery period in now 3 days later.

    at the end of the product code there is GBR so am i right in assuming this is coming from the UK? the carrier is UPS but the tracking number isnt coming up in their website.. any1 have any things how i can track my order...

    If you click "track shipment" from your order page it usually opens another page which shows the tracking number.

    If it begins 1Z then its UPS, otherwise its TNT.

    You have probably found the item on the UPS tracking system by now.
    But just to let you,and others, know. A lot of the bigger sellers will have their own UPS (or TNT etc.) consignment generator.
    This means that they can print their own UPS label and the system contacts UPS to inform then a package is ready to be collected. Even though you will have been given a UPS tracking number there often wont be any record of this on the site until the parcel is scanned in at the UPS depot.
