Simple formula to calculate extent of debt

    Take all large development sites bought over last 6 years and set purchase price against current value

    Difference is our banks level of bad debt and gap that needs to be filled

    Now how we fill it and where is culpability for those involved with these purchases?

    Where will justice ultimately fall for those involved with these bad purchases?
