UPC - Picture / Sound Flicking (Maynooth)

    Anyone else having a similar problem?

    It's been going on about a month now - the picture and sound will skip / jump every few seconds making it very hard / impossible to watch anything. It happens on all channels.

    A technical has been out 2/3 times and he's changed the box and the cable from the wall to the box. He did some tests outside too and said that there was some issue but didn't elaborate on it.

    I've been ringing up nearly every day for the past week alone - they've said they've escalated it to their complaints dept. who rang me and said they were looking into it.

    Really starting to pee me off now. If it's not the TV skipping it's the internet wireless dropping and me having to reconnect manually (a technician has been out on separate occasions for the internet / wireless issue the past month too!)

    Anyone have any inputs / thoughts / comments / stones?
