Earlier Michael Lowry and now Willie O'Dea.....what's going on ?

Aside from the fact that O'Dea's opinion re "credibility" is laughable, what the hell is RTE thinking ?

Next thing they'll be interviewing Ray Burke & Bertie Ahern for their opinions!

They are members of the government party. This is a democracy and they have every right to express their opinions, just like you do.

Eh, it makes complete sense to see what the mood is like in the Government. A lot of rats will start jumping ship and the Government may not even have a majority come the weekend.

They are elected TDs in the current Dail. Why not?

Yeah, I wonder what John Trainor is making of all this. Or the Monk.

Should RTE only interview enlightened TDs? They'd spend a long time looking into space.

I would quite like to see Bertie Ahern interviewed, actually. He has been suspiciously quiet, especially as compared to past party leaders from FG and Labour.

If the Greens are planning to Exit government can't they first do something like move for a vote of No Confidence?

I'd agree - if that was what I had said.

But I didn't object that they were interviewing ignorant TDs; I objected that they were interviewing disgraced and corrupt TDs.

So nobody should try to interview GWB or Dick Cheney even if they disagree with said crooks?

Well I certainly wouldn't ask their opinion on how a country should be governed!

There is no evidence of O'Dea being corrupt. Please don't make such statements on here.

It was a collective statement.......as in "disgraced TDs & corrupt TDs".

Make it more explicit in future. We don't want boards.ie getting any letters from solicitors over a comment in this forum.
