I'm off to a wedding next week and am looking for an up style that will go with a pretty plain black dress. I'm wearing red shoes and have a red clutch bag. The dress has a high scoop neck and mesh sleeves, so i wont be wearing a necklace or a bracelet. My hair is past my shoulders and is quite thick and wavy. Has anyone got any ideas for me?

Something easy you can do at home:
First, give your hair a quick straightening - doesn't have to be perfect but just to make the hair sleek and shiny.
Then, tie your hair up into a sleek pony tail.
Have a load of hair grips on hand. Divide the pony tail into sections, make them into loops and grips them to your head. Then, hair spray. It should look like a messy bun.

You can always leave some strands out of the bun, and a curl in them, to look like this:

So easy to do. I did this hairstyle for my college ball, Only took me 15 minutes tops and it looked really well.

I did this for the grown up debs, it was simple but gorgeous. You need lots of kirby grips and hair spray. It's so pretty! :)
