Logged on to University research DB - Sometimes when I try to access a journal article - it give this error :
error javascript:openWindow(this,basic 2);

Sometimes it allows access, sometimes it doesn't. This has happened on different PCs and others can log on under their credentials and access no problem.
Any ideas what causes
