Who has declared they won't be seeking re-election?

    I am expecting a higher than normal proportion of sitting TDs not to seek re-election as well as the normal number of retirements. Who has definately declared they will not be seeking re-election at the next general election?

    The ones I can remember are:
    Arthur Morgan(SF)
    Liz McManus(LB)

    AFAIR, PJ Sheehan, The FG TD who had a little discussion with the Guards is not standing!


    I'd be surprised if fome of the FF "elder statesmen" run again, e.g. Michael Woods

    also Bertie is very unlikely imo
