    Hi
I'm looking for a cook book with simple nutritious recipes that I can adapt easily (if theyre too carb heavy), I'm not the best in the kitchen unless I have a recipe in front of me and I'm fed up of things not turning out right!!I'm mainly concerned with dishes that inlcude veg and meat/chicken/fish and can be reheated in work for my lunch (I eat my biggest meal at lunchtime)
I've been looking at some of Jamie Olivers books but not sure which is the best. It will be one of my xmas pressies from the OH so want it to be reasonably priced also

    All suggestions greatly appreciated!!!
